DESCRIPTION AND DESIGN

• Standard dimensions ranging from 1800 x 400 x 400 mm up to 2000 x 1600 x 800 mm.
• The frame is manufactured using 1,5 mm mild precision sheet steel, assembly front frame and rear frame. The edges determine the degree of protection.
• The manufacturing concept gives the frame a high rigidity and makes the enclosure particularly strong with a great resistance to warping and deformation
• The frame is perforated with a network of round(diam 8 mm) on a pitch of 25mm allowing fast time saving installation of accessories.These hole patterns are situated both on the inside and outside to generate high flexibility.Accessories fit bottom,top and sides
• The frame has an external hole pattern for easy installation of hinges and rod catches for standard and partial doors without the need for drilling. The external hole pattern is also used for coupling enclosures so all installation work can be done from the front to save time
• The open frame generates the possibility to mount cables and accessories inside it without interfering with the aperture
• The door is manufactured using 1.5 mm mild sheet steel.Inside the door there is a mounted frame with holes on a 25mm pitch.This frame gives the door extra rigidity and is removable to allow ease of assembly for many types of applications
• Four concealed hinges allow the door to be opened to 180º and four self-positioning locking points assure an even pressure on the seal. Centre points for drilling are provided in the door for easy and quick installation of 180° hinges (accessory).
• A special continuous polyurethane seal assures the IP55/IP56/IP66 NEMA 4,12 and 13 degree of protection
• The rear panel is manufactured using 1.5 mm mild sheet steel and can be replaced by a plain or transparent door. Easy one man fitting is part of the integrated system
• The removable side panel for the Combination enclosure is manufactured using 1.5 mm mild sheet steel

• The bottom of the enclosure is designed with a large opening and covered with two removable and interchangeable cable entry plates, made of Sendzimir zinc- plated 1.5 mm sheet steel
• All parts are pre-treated with five step iron phosphate and demineralised. After pre-treatment all parts of the enclosures are protected with Polyester powder paint RAL 7035 with structured finish
• To comply with EMC guidelines, the Mounted plate is manufactured from Sendzimir zinc-plated steel plate 2.0 mm thick. This plate provides an equipotential mass connection between all the devices on the enclosure
• All panels are directly earthed to the enclosure frame by their fittings or an extra fitting clip
• The Mounted plate is delivered on the outside of the packaging for easy access without unpacking the full enclosure. Fitted with slides and rests direct onto the enclosure frame for maximum weight support. The slides allow an easy installation and depth adjustment but do not interfere with the bottom cable entry space. The position of the Mounted plate in the maximum depth of the enclosure is standard and the use of two opposite Mounted plates is possible.The same plate can be mounted in the side of the enclosure by using the accessory kit (………).
• There is full compatibility of the accessories and the use of the same components such as doors, rear panels, Mounted plates, bases and all common accessories for both ranges
• When using an interior door, modular framework or 19» swing frame, the protection degree IP20 is guaranteed within the enclosure. Upgrade of this protection to IP 55 can be reached by the use of a glazed door

Masar range of mild steel wall Mounted enclosures has been designed with the user in mind. Practical, efficient and with a wide range of standard sizes, MASAR range offers a solution to virtually every application, or can be easily customised to suit specific requirements.

DESCRIPTION AND DESIGN

• Sturdy cruciform body folded from a cold rolled sheet steel plate,1.5mm thickness.One-piece body for optimum rigidity and maximum IP. The enclosure edge is folded in the shape of a channel to avoid water stagnating on the seal. The door is made out of 1.5 mm steel and is fitted with galvanized rails in the door above 700 mm, procuring cable tracks, profiles, etc., a cable entry plate and a M6 threaded stud for earthing to base, door and Mounted plate.
• Cable entry is reached by a maximum gland opening, which is placed in the most far back position of the enclosure frame. To allow for air circulation around the rear and for wall fixing, four 20.4mm diameter x 2mm deep depressions are pressed out with an 8.5mm diameter hole.
• AII parts are pre-treated with iron phosphate, demineralised and protected with a epoxy- polyester powder paint RAL 7035 with structured finish.
• The enclosure consists of two parts: the body and the door. The door is secured by means of the equipment on the Mounted plate and holes in bottom have been applied for cable fixing. Surface mounted with 180° opening. Concealed removable hinges with captive pin. Hinges can be mounted to allow left or right hand opening.
• The Mounted plate is manufactured from galvanized steel plate 2mm thick. This plate provides an equipotential mass connection between all devices on the enclosure
• The enclosure offers maximum protection to the user and equipment by a protection degree IP 54 according to lEC 60529 . When using an inner door, modular framework
• The enclosure is secured to the wall using: bolts, directly through the rear wall and protected inside with plastic washers, or wall Mounted brackets at the rear screwed from the enclosure. In both cases the lP / NEMA degrees are guaranteed.

DESCRIPTION AND DESIGN

Console smart, functional console easily accessible to the operator, manufactured in painted Steel, its design provides IP55 protection.
Top door with shock absorbers providing opening and retaining, dismountable bottom, concealed hinges. Channel flashing avoids liquids coming into contact with UL approved seamless polyurethane joint, concealed hinges 180° degree opening, which facilitates interior access. Bolts included.
Door opening is a standard 5 mm double bit. Painted in RAL 7032 or 7035.

DESCRIPTION AND DESIGN

• Three piece assembly consisting of a base, wrapper, and door.
• Components are attached and secured with metal screws.
• 1mm gauge reverse formed base provides clearance for Mounted hardware.
• Punched for left or right hinging of the door and ease of assembly.
• Wrapper is formed from 1mm gauge steel
• Flush Mounted door assembly formed from 1.5mm gauge steel.
• A bonding stud is provided on the door and a grounding screw is provided for the enclosure.
